Pawnee is our social butterfly. She has a VERY full dance card. She's been doing obedience, agility, tracking, flyball, retrieving, conformation, as well as some field too. As soon as her owner decides to concentrate on one thing, she’ll start knocking the titles out!

Pawnee is a classic Over Achiever who certainly has been living up to her name! She made her Obedience debut at a UKC show. The first day she placed 2nd and the next day she placed 4th out of 25 dogs. She completed her UKC CD her 3rd time in the ring. She followed this up with a debut in AKC Obedience – earning that CD title in 3 straight trials with 2 first place wins, and a second. Her scores were 195.5, 195.5, and 194 out of 200! What a show off!!! This performance was enough to land her on the Weimaraner Club of America’s Top Ten list for February through May of 2003! OUR FIRST TOP TEN DOG!!!

Pawnee’s talents are not just in the Obedience ring, she also debuted in the Agility ring this summer earning her UKC Agility I title in one weekend. Then, because her owner accidentally sent in too much money, she was bumped up to Agility II (she had never even seen some of the obstacles) and she earned her Agility II title with scores of 199 and a perfect 200! How's that for a cool cucumber?

She has beautiful tight feet and the elegant curves of a true lady yet she remains 100% athlete.

Pawnee “lept” on to the Top 10 two years in a row, debuting at NUMBER ONE in 2003 and 2004.   Hey,  if you’re going to be good, why not be the BEST?
She returned to the Top 10 in 2007 earning her UD title in 3 straight tries with 3 1st. place wins.

She made the final Top 10 lists in 2004 and 2007 each year only making THREE appearances in the ring each year!

May 2005 Update:
May 13-15  We took Albuquerque by storm!  Sparky started us off on the right foot by winning Best in Puppy Sweeps!  Mattie followed her lead and for the 3 year in a row, she won Best Veteran Bitch!   The Specialty show had Sparky and Pawnee going head to head for the points and I was forced to make a choice about who to stay on.  Well, I decided that Sparky was young and had plenty of time, so I Pawnee and I showed our hearts out and won Winners Bitch and Best of Winners, Sparky won her 2nd Reserve.   The following day, I devoted to showing Pawnee, and she went WB to bring her within 1 major of finishing her Championship.   Sunday, I turned my attention to Sparky, and she continued our winning streak, going Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best Puppy.  She earned her first point and won me an atomic alarm clock!

January 2008 : Pawnee is now retired from the show ring with 12 points including a 5 point major. She ended 2007 as the #10 Obedience Weimaraner in the Nation. Look for more Obedience and Agility titles in the future.
